Christos studied in the UK where he obtained an Honors Degree in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London, and a Masters M.Sc in Development Economics from Reading University.

Upon his return to Malawi in 1993 he joined the Agricultural group known then as Interep. In 1995 he jointly established Agora Ltd, and two years later in 1997 he co-founded Farmers World Ltd and Malawi Fertilizer Company. In 2001 after a company restructure Chris took up the role of joint MD at Farmers World Holdings. In 2014 he was elected joint CEO of Meridian Consolidated Investments Limited, a position he held until 2023.

Christos has gained vast industry experience over the past 20 years having acted as Operations Director of Agrivest (Macadamia tree plantation), Demeter Agriculture (producing bean and maize seed), and Central African Logistics (fleet of 90 trucks doing import, export and local distribution).

Dimitri graduated with a Masters Degree in Agriculture and M.Sc in Tropical Agriculture from Wye College, University of London in 1995. Dimitri jointly established Agora Ltd upon returning to Malawi in 1995. Two years later in 1997 he co-founded Farmers World Ltd and Malawi fertilizer Company. In 2001 he co-founded Farmers World Holdings and Meridian International SA and was joint MD of both entities. In 2014 he was elected joint CEO of Meridian Consolidated, a position he held until 2023.

Dimitri has over 20 years of hands-on experience acting as the Operations Director of both Agrivest Ltd (macadamia tree plantation), and Demeter Agriculture (producing bean and maize seed).

He has also played an active role in various Malawian agricultural institutions including:

• Tobacco Association of Malawi. (TAMA) Executive Director and Deputy Finance Chairman.1997 to 2011
• National Resource College. Trustee and member of finance committee appointed October 2007- 2009
• Tobacco Control Commission. Director, 2008 – 2010
• The Fertilizer Association of Malawi. Chairman: 2006 to 2024
• The Malawi Macadamia Association, Chairman 2023 to date.

Steve has 15 years of experience in project management and business development in Malawi. Steve first came to Malawi in 2005 from the United Kingdom, where he was working as a financial underwriter.

Within Malawi, Steve has worked on various projects, including the establishment of two ECO tourism lodges from project inception through to opening. Steve has also consulted on various projects within the Southern Africa region, including the establishment of SPAR within Malawi and with Kameko Technologies on behalf of TNM, developing and implementing operational procedure reforms.

Steve has been directly involved with Agrivest Limited for the past 12 years, and was involved in the development and expansion of the estates from 75 HA to its current 330 HA. With the work he has undertaken to develop the business, Steven's knowledge of agriculture is extensive and he is now heading up the management team that will take the business to its next stage of development.
